Tumble Pickup & Delivery

For Tumble’s Pickup & Delivery service, I developed a visual identity that positioned the brand as a modern, high-touch, tech-enabled utility. The system needed to communicate speed, trust, and ease while remaining cohesive with the core Tumble brand.

The identity introduced:
• A refined color system that differentiated consumer-facing touchpoints from operational workflows
• Iconography and UI elements designed for clarity at a glance
• Typography and layout principles optimized for both mobile and print applications
• A clean, minimal tone that made a traditionally unglamorous industry feel fresh, premium, and intuitive

This design system extended across marketing materials, landing pages, print collateral, and the two-sided digital ecosystem—creating a unified visual language for the entire Pickup & Delivery arm of Tumble.

Tumble Smart Laundry

Before the delivery platform, I led the creation of Tumble’s Smart Laundry identity — a visual system designed to modernize an overlooked category and make shared laundry feel clean, intuitive, and premium.

The brand system included:
• Machine-side iconography and instructional graphics
• Building signage and wayfinding
• A unified color language that separated machine states, alerts, and building communications
• Typography and layout rules optimized for quick scanning in low-attention environments
• A cohesive tone designed to make a functional product feel friendly, reliable, and tech-forward

This identity extended into every part of the Smart Laundry experience — from stickers and print collateral to digital UI — creating a clear, consistent design language that set the foundation for Tumble’s evolution into a full-service, tech-enabled laundry ecosystem.
