Fresh catch
Fresh Catch is a four-sided marketplace designed to connect local anglers with merchants, restaurants, and consumers. Each group has unique priorities — from selling fresh catches and sourcing premium seafood to purchasing in bulk or ordering locally caught fish for pickup or delivery.
To meet those needs, four tailored app experiences were designed to serve each audience and connect them seamlessly within one ecosystem.
The project began with discovery — defining user goals, pain points, and interactions between audiences. From there, I built the information architecture, user flows, and visual system in parallel, aligning the brand identity with a product experience that felt fresh, coastal, and intuitive.
In addition to the core app, I designed the marketing funnel — a conversion-driven landing page to attract early users and validate demand ahead of launch.
The sprint spanned roughly 120 hours, moving from strategy to execution — logo, flows, wireframes, and interface design — resulting in a connected marketplace that bridges local tradition with modern convenience.
