Legends is a portrait series dedicated to Charles King, a coach whose presence defines every room he walks into. While photographing Heavyweight, I met Charles through William Prescott, and quickly understood why fighters trust him with their careers.

Decades of experience live in his expression: the focus, the patience, the sharp eye that sees every detail in a fighter’s movement. This collection captures quiet moments in the gym; the pauses between rounds, the instruction, the discipline, and the weight of a man who has shaped countless athletes.

A tribute to one of the greatest coaches I’ve had the honor of meeting, knowing, and photographing.
