chasing the white rabbit

Created in collaboration with Montréal haute couture house Anomal Couture and model Mathy Paquette, this series reimagines Alice in Wonderland through a darker, fashion-driven lens. Shot across misty forests and windswept hillsides, the story follows a lone heroine navigating a treacherous landscape in pursuit of the elusive white rabbit — a metaphor for intuition, escape, and the things we chase but rarely catch.

The imagery blends Anomal Couture’s sculptural silhouettes with an ethereal, moody atmosphere: stark tree trunks, tangled branches, cold fog, and a palette of blacks, creams, and winter earth. I photographed and retouched the full series, shaping a cinematic world where fantasy and haute fashion meet in a quietly haunting, romantic aesthetic.
