Shot with model, singer, and TV personality Jess Abran, this series leans into the raw, untamed energy behind her public persona. Often described as a “Montreal Pirate” in parts of her music career, Jess is known for her striking beauty — but here the aim was to reveal the force beneath it. I wanted to capture the grit behind the gloss: wind-whipped curls, soaked denim, hard light, and the stubborn defiance of standing against waves.

Shot on location at Montréal’s Old Port, the imagery blends attitude, motion, and elemental chaos, revealing a version of Jess that feels both cinematic and unmistakably her.
