amidst the winds

This series highlights the talent of Mara Delrose, who modeled and styled the shoot in her own custom-made piece. Because the garment had a fantastical, sculptural quality, we chose the hills of Kahnawake outside Montréal for their sweeping open sky and natural wind patterns. The goal was to let the environment and the dress speak to each othe; movement becoming shape, and shape becoming story.
